LOL. This quote is quite true. Which then begs the question…Can a person live a truth filled life? I mean really. How truthful can you be? Aren’t there little lies we tell ourselves just to make it through the day? What if we didn’t lie to ourselves? Could we really not lie to ourselves?

    I think it’s good to recognize when we lie to ourselves (and to answer your question, probably not haha.) When we lie to ourselves, it’s usually to cover up an insecurity. So if we can recognize when we are lying, we might uncover problems and suffering we didn’t even know we had and thus be able to fix them!
