Leading Your Business To Your Vision

You’re here:

  • After a super productive 18 hour day the last thing you remember seeing as you collapse into bed is it’s 1 a.m. on the clock.
  • At 3 a.m. you’re startled awake because you just remembered you forgot to reply to your client that contacted you over 24 hours ago; oh and you forgot to add the worksheet to the membership site and that means you didn’t respond to the comment posted in the private group asking about the worksheet.
  • Too fatigued to act, you crash back to a stress filled slumber until you force yourself out of bed at 6 a.m. to face another 18 hour work day.

Your GOAL:

  • You end your workday at 4 p.m.
  • After a soothing tea and a meditation session, you relax in bed as your body falls asleep at 11 p.m. on the clock.
  • At 6 a.m. you wake up and write down a few strategies you thought of that will definitely move your business forward and get you to your next level of success.
  • At 9 a.m. you begin your coaching call sessions.
  • At Noon, you break for lunch.
  • You spend the afternoon mapping out and developing your business strategies.

Want to SUPER-CHARGE your SUCCESS????
“My business is running me. I’m wasting my time on the things I don’t want to do.”
Your New “Secret Weapon” Will Help You Do Less With More Focus.

Achieving your next level of success is more elusive than ever before…after all, you’re not just the owner you are the…

  • CEO
  • Operations Manager
  • Marketing Manager
  • Human Resources Manager
  • Project Manager
  • Product Launch Manager
  • Client Manager

And holding on to all those roles just sucks the time right out of your day.

But, it’s not just the insane amount of stress you face …

It’s also your clients …

The stress of managing everything in your business distracts you from being fully present with your clients.

And if you can’t focus on your clients, your clients will walk away and they won’t refer you.

These challenges explain why you can’t afford to let your business run you.

You need to run your business.

So, how do you do it all?
And SUPER-CHARGE your success?
And live your life – your real life?

Because of Lara’s management, now, I get to do what I love doing.

What I’m about to tell you could fast-track your success, put more money in your pocket, and ultimately, change the future of your business.

The #1 Skill that Leads to Business Success

In the years I’ve spent managing six-figure coaching and consulting businesses, I’ve learned that the business owner’s ability to delegate is what sets high-performing businesses apart from their competitors. PERIOD.

Success isn’t about flashy websites or even a well-organized corporate structure.

Although managing everything in your business has gotten you this far, you can’t advance to your next level of success if you keep going this way.

Even though you have the perfect solution for your clients, if you can’t give them a near-flawless experience, your sales will tank.

Take the solopreneur in the holistic healing industry – who hit the six-figure milestone all on her own.

Know what she did to SUPER-CHARGE her success to confidently land her business on the path to seven figures?

Delegate.

She recognized the value of doing less with more focus.

Nobody knows your business better than you do. Nobody.

But what do you delegate? When do you delegate? Whom do you delegate to?

Well, if you’re like most solopreneurs, you’ve probably tried to delegate small, one-time tasks to a virtual assistant.

And what happened?

While you were able to move items off your to-do list, you also gained more work – in the form of management.

A virtual assistant is your implementor. They do what you need them to do as long as you are telling them what to do.

They are an asset to your business and if you don’t have one, you definitely need one.

While a virtual assistant will help with tasks, they lack the right management experience and knowledge that reduces your stress of running the business.

So where does that leave you?

Feeling frustrated about the time and money you’re investing while you are still bogged down and aren’t able to propel your business forward faster.

Delivery by the Universe…

What I am reading: Get Clients Now by C.J. Hayden

Where in the book: page 114

Why I am reading: To make the most of my marketing

Which quote: “When doing business with the universe, remember that you must place an order if you want to get a delivery.”

How this quote adjusted my thinking: I really have to wrap my head around this one. I have a tendency to be a negative nanny. “Well I put my order in but the universe didn’t deliver!” However, that is not necessarily true. If I am so preoccupied with keeping a scorecard of how the universe has not delivered, I will never see the moments the universe does deliver. This quote inspired me to keep a scorecard of all the moments the universe does deliver. With eyes wide open, I am amazed at how many orders the universe delivers.

Why I am reading: To make the most of my marketing

Which quote: “If he who has a thing to sell

Goes and whispers in a well

He won’t be so apt to make the dollars

As he who climbs a tree and hollers.” (Anonymous)

How this quote adjusted my thinking:

I thought this was cute. Although, I have to admit, I am the type to whisper in the well. Now that I have read Get Clients Now, I am climbing my tree and finding my voice to holler.

It’s not Failure…It’s Feedback

Where in the book: page 112

Why I am reading: To make the most of my marketing

Which quote: “There is no failure only feedback.”

How this quote adjusted my thinking: Ouch. This is quote hurts. I take everything so personally. “Why doesn’t she/he purchase my product? She/He must not like me.” It is not about me. It is about business. Learning to translate perceived “rejection” into feedback allows me to stay focused on my vision.

Conquering fear

Where in the book: page 108

Why I am reading: To make the most of my marketing

Which quote: “Courage is not the absence of fear. It is the ability to take action while feeling afraid.”

How this quote adjusted my thinking:

This definition of courage resonates with me. I think of how many situations I face where it would be so easy to cop out because I had fear. Courage is acknowledging the inner voice: Yes, I am afraid. No, I will not cop out. I have a plan.

Which quote: “Thought of the day: Even God rested one day a week.”

How this quote adjusted my thinking:

This quote stopped me. My thinking came to a sudden halt. How could I forget? I hold myself to a standard that often leads me to be working every day. I rarely take a break. This quote reminds me: I hereby give myself permission to take a rest.

Taking a leap of faith

What I am reading: Get Clients Now by C.J. Hayden

Where in the book: page 96

Why I am reading: To make the most of my marketing

Which quote: “Just as Samuel T. Coleridge’s expression ‘the willing suspension of disbelief’ can be the key to enjoying a novel or ply, you can temporarily allow yourself to believe fully in your Special Permission.”

How this quote adjusted my thinking:

This is where it takes a leap of faith. If you are in a rut and not getting the results you want then you have to take a risk. You have to suspend your disbeliefs. Once you do, you will move out of your rut.

Sometimes It Takes Focus

What I am reading: Get Clients Now by C.J. Hayden

Where in the book: page 89

Why I am reading: To make the most of my marketing

Which quote: “We have so many options as to how we spend our leisure time that we jump from one activity to another, never spending any significant amount of time doing the one thing which would actually bring us more enjoyment.  Keep the main thing the main thing and while you’re at work, your work is the main thing.  When you’re at home, family is the main thing.” by Zig Ziglar http://www.ziglar.com

How this quote adjusted my thinking:

I have been letting this quote resonate with me.  I have moved through my life for several days just letting this quote simmer.  It just makes so much sense.  I am not sure I can articulate the impact this quote can have.  When you focus on one thing you get results.  If you are trying to multi task or divide your focus your results are delayed or go unachieved.

Where in the book: page 85

Why I am reading: To make the most of my marketing

Which quote: “Do yourself a huge favor and choose only those action items that you can actually see yourself doing.  Its OK to start right where you are.” by Joan Friedlander  http://www.lifeworkpartners.com

How this quote adjusted my thinking:

This quote had a very freeing effect on me.  So many times when I am not where I think I should be in achieving my goals I am quick to look at all the things I am not doing.  In my way of thinking, if I have two clients and I want two more then I must have to do some cold calling since I do not cold call now.  I do not like to cold call and it is not a skill I wish to acquire.  After reading this quote, I gave myself permission to let that notion go.  I learned to embrace the skills I have and implement the action items I am good at doing.
